At the time of writing, both Space NK and Cult Beauty have discounts available on everything included in this post, so I’ve included links to both stores. The Space NK discount is 20% and is added automatically. The Cult Beauty discount is 20% with code GLOW, which works on everything other than the Tinted Blur Balm since that just launched, but (again, at time of writing) code HIRONSCB is taking 20% off that too!
Laura Mercier is one of those brands that I don’t really talk about that much (for some, inexplicable reason) yet I realised that their products appear in my routine pretty much every time I do my makeup, and that’s because they are consistent, reliable, they deliver on the goods and they almost always exceed my expectations. Today we’ve seen the launch of the new Tinted Blur Balm (which I ordered immediately, obvs) so to mark the occasion, I thought I’d share my favourite Laura Mercier products and why the brand was my favourite for 2025.
One thing I love about Laura Mercier is that they understand neutral skin tones really well, so their neutral base products don’t lean excessively warm as is so often the case with many other brands. The Laura Mercier Real Flawless Foundation (£40 – I wear shade Silk, 0N1) went viral for very good reason, since it’s the “Goldilocks” of foundation, providing just enough coverage without looking heavy, giving skin just enough glow without looking shiny and available in a decent range of shades.

The Laura Mercier Real Flawless Weightless Perfecting Concealer (£28.50, I use shade 0N1) is one of the few concealers in my collection that I feel comfortable using on both my undereyes and spots, since the coverage is quite thick, but the formula is smooth and easy to buff out, so it works really well for covering pretty much anything that needs covering, and matches beautifully with the aforementioned foundation.
If you’re a fan of “no makeup, makeup” looks then both the Tinted Moisturiser Bronzer (£28.50, I wear shade Sunshine) and the Tinted Moisturiser Blush (also £28.50, I wear shade Southbound) are going to be essentials for your collection. Both products come in a liquid formula that’s creamy, rather than buttery, and both provide a light and buildable wash of colour. Since the formula isn’t overly oily you get decent staying power too.

When tightlining first became popular (if you fancy a laugh, check out my blog post sharing how I tightline from 2011!!) the product we all used was the Laura Mercier Cake Eyeliner (£24) so when they launched their Caviar Tightline Eyeliners (£22, I use shade Tuxedo and Espresso Brown) I jumped straight in ordering two shades, as I just knew they were going to be good and they really are.
Nobody seems to talk about the Laura Mercier Brow Pencil (£25, I use shade Ash Blonde) which is made because it is so good! Ultra creamy, so great for a really natural brow, but also waxy enough to stay put. Also, the Ash Blonde is actually ashy, so it’s got that perfect balance of brown and grey without any warmth, so ideal for those of us who can pull warmth out of anything – you won’t with this shade.

Going to finish off with the finishers, which is arguably what Laura Mercier are most known for. After years of avoiding powders, I’ve finally got the hang of using them and my most used are both from Laura Mercier; I start with the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur (£44, I use shade Translucent) which I apply all over the face with a fluffy brush (I know most people like to use a puff but I always find it looks too heavy for me) and then I use the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Light Catcher (£38.50, I use shade Celestial Light) to add life back into any areas that look too flat and would benefit from a bit of light, so mostly the centre of my face, particularly the bridge of my nose which always looks too matte after powdering.
The Light Catcher powder has been one of my absolute favourite finds (as featured in my 2025 favourites here) as it’s just a convincingly natural look when applied sparingly and with purpose…overdo it and you will look like an alien; you have been warned…I then finish off with a good misting of the new Translucent Hydrating Setting Spray Ultra-Blur (£32) which melts all the makeup together, providing a good hit of hydration, setting the makeup in place and just generally blurring everything so it looks more natural.
As mentioned at the top, there are currently (as of 30.01.26) some very good discounts on at both Space NK and Cult Beauty – read the top paragraph for more info and codes.
